Stocked before you arrive - groceries, firewood, pellets, whatever the house needs.
Departure & closing
Leave without lifting a finger. We close the home down, secure it, and set it for the season.
Trade & renovation oversight
We gather bids, hold the keys, meet the trades, and keep the work honest while you’re away.
Storm & wildfire checks
After a heavy storm, or a wildfire threat, we check the property and act.
Whatever else comes up
A contractor to let in, a package to receive, a one-off task. If it needs a local, just ask, we’re there to help.
